Cancellation Policy

 

We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. Our cancellation policy aims to balance the needs of both guests and hosts. Please review the following guidelines:

Strict Cancellation Policy:

Guests are eligible for a 100% refund if they cancel their booking at least 60 days before the check-in date.
No refund will be issued for cancellations made within 60 days of the check-in date.

Firm Cancellation Policy:

Guests are eligible for a 100% refund if they cancel their booking at least 60 days before the check-in date.
A 50% refund will be issued for cancellations made between 30 and 60 days before the check-in date.
No refund will be issued for cancellations made within 30 days of the check-in date.

Moderate Cancellation Policy:


Guests are eligible for a 100% refund if they cancel their booking at least 30 days before the check-in date.
A 50% refund will be issued for cancellations made between 14 and 30 days before the check-in date.
No refund will be issued for cancellations made within 14 days of the check-in date.

Relaxed Cancellation Policy:

Guests are eligible for a 100% refund if they cancel their booking at least 14 days before the check-in date.
A 50% refund will be issued for cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before the check-in date.
No refund will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the check-in date.

Please Note:

  • This cancellation policy supersedes any agreements stated in the rental agreement.
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after the cancellation request is approved.
  • Any applicable service fees charged during the booking process are non-refundable.
  • Guests are encouraged to consider purchasing travel insurance to protect against unexpected cancellations or emergencies.
