We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. Our cancellation policy aims to balance the needs of both guests and hosts. Please review the following guidelines:
Strict Cancellation Policy:
Guests are eligible for a 100% refund if they cancel their booking at least 60 days before the check-in date. No refund will be issued for cancellations made within 60 days of the check-in date.
Firm Cancellation Policy:
Guests are eligible for a 100% refund if they cancel their booking at least 60 days before the check-in date. A 50% refund will be issued for cancellations made between 30 and 60 days before the check-in date. No refund will be issued for cancellations made within 30 days of the check-in date.
Moderate Cancellation Policy:
Guests are eligible for a 100% refund if they cancel their booking at least 30 days before the check-in date. A 50% refund will be issued for cancellations made between 14 and 30 days before the check-in date. No refund will be issued for cancellations made within 14 days of the check-in date.
Relaxed Cancellation Policy:
Guests are eligible for a 100% refund if they cancel their booking at least 14 days before the check-in date. A 50% refund will be issued for cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before the check-in date. No refund will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the check-in date.
Please Note:
This cancellation policy supersedes any agreements stated in the rental agreement.
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after the cancellation request is approved.
Any applicable service fees charged during the booking process are non-refundable.
Guests are encouraged to consider purchasing travel insurance to protect against unexpected cancellations or emergencies.
